We invite all our adult volunteers within Dunbartonshire to dance the night away, socialise and connect with fellow volunteers, or simply unwind with delicious hot food and a fully stocked bar. Outdoor First Aid

Dunbartonshire Scouts will be organising an Outdoor First Aid course; this will cover the requirements of a full first aid certificate set out in factsheet 120052. This course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to handle emergencies effectively while leading or participating in outdoor expeditions, it is ideal for leaders who have gained or are working towards an adventurous activity permit.

Meeting the Challenges

Meeting the Challenges training covers topics such as how to tackle difficult reviews, disputes, suspension, complaints and managing safeguarding incidents.
This course will be delivered via Zoom on 2nd March 2025 from 10am to 4pm.
The cost of the training is £7.

District Target Sports Competition

Calling all Scouts and Explorers!
Join us for an action-packed day of target sports activities at our Scout/Explorer District Target Sports Competition, where teams of Scouts and Explorers will compete against each other in a friendly competition to display their skills.
Teams can consist of either a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 of Scouts or Explorers, divided into their respective age groups for fairness. Unfortunately we are required to limit this event to the maximum of two teams per group. There is a cost of £5 per person.
A series of exciting activities will be held, including:

Achieving Growth

Achieving Growth training covers topics such as growth, development planning and the recruitment and retention of young people and adult volunteers.
Please ensure that the relevant Independent Learning is complete before coming on the course.
